Collective Mining to List its Shares on the Nasdaq

Collective Mining Ltd. (NYSE: CNL) (TSX: CNL) ("Collective" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will voluntarily transfer its U.S. stock exchange listing from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Select Market® ("Nasdaq"), the highest tier of the Nasdaq, under the unchanged symbol "CNL".
