NZD/USD: RBNZ surprise pause keeps sellers in control, falling U.S. yields limit downside

NZDUSD recovered from lows around 0.5565 to 0.5709 as expectations of an RBNZ rate hike and  falling U.S. Treasury yields supported buyers. However, repeated attempts to clear resistance  around 0.5710 failed before the central bank’s surprise decision triggered a sharp reversal.
