The Greenback is mixed as Americans vote

The US Dollar is mixed today, as Americans vote in the midterm elections.  There does not seem to a robust pattern for the dollar around the midterm elections, but the S&P typically does well in the fourth quarter of the mid-term year, and with even more regularity, the S&P rallies in the third year
