Suddenly the Nasdaq Is Popping Off

The Nasdaq shook off some early rust Tuesday morning. The tech-heavy index popped 1% after trading sideways at the open. The S&P 500 was up 0.5%. The Dow was up 140 points, or 0.3%. With the quarter, month, and half all set to end at the close, Wall Street was in full rebalance mode.
