SpaceX Stock, Recovering From Post-IPO Slump, Rises Ahead of Another Share Unlock

SpaceX stock rose in premarket trading Monday ahead of another tranche of stock being unlocked to trade. Shares of Elon Musk’s rocket and artificial-intelligence company were up 0.8% at $141.14 in premarket trading. SpaceX sold about 556 million new shares to the public in early June, raising about $75 billion (excluding the broker’s overallotment option), which was a small fraction of the roughly 13.2 billion shares outstanding.
