CEE labour productivity gains persist despite some exceptions

Labour productivity growth remained stronger in CEE than the EU average in 2Q26. Real labour productivity per hour worked increased by around 1.7% y/y across the CEE8, compared with 0.8% in the EU, maintaining the substantial gap observed since the start of 2025.
